About Our Founder

​

With over a decade of hands-on experience supporting high-volume restaurant operations, our founder has built her career behind the scenes—helping businesses run smarter, more efficiently, and with less stress.

 

She began her career as an Executive Assistant for a Subway franchisee operating 68 locations, where she managed the collection and auditing of weekly financials and consistently produced accurate P&Ls within one week of month-end. During that time, she also negotiated vendor contracts that generated cost savings exceeding her salary, supported multiple new store openings, implemented equipment maintenance programs, and led key operational projects, including new IT system rollouts.

 

She then spent seven years with Chick-fil-A, overseeing all back-office operations. Her responsibilities included accounting, HR onboarding and E-Verify, payroll and benefits coordination, scheduling, inventory systems, and IT support. She also managed facility operations, partnered with Environmental Health, developed emergency plans, and supported marketing, events, and catering—ensuring the business ran smoothly from the inside out.

 

Most recently, she managed canteen food service and vending contracts at SK Battery, supporting over 3,000 employees. That experience further reinforced her passion for building systems and support structures that make a real impact on daily operations.

 

Today, she brings that same level of expertise to restaurant owners—providing the operational support they need to stay organized, efficient, and focused on growth.
